Our Clementine Cold Process Soap is more than just a cleanser—it’s a bright, revitalizing experience for your skin and your senses. Handcrafted in small batches, we combine the uplifting aromatherapy of pure Clementine essential oil with the gentle, natural exfoliation of sun-dried clementine peels. Unfortunately, the clementine essential oil did not survive the saponification process. This soap is unscented.

Scent Profile
Despite adding clementine essential oil to this recipe, this car is unscented. The essential oil did not survive the saponification process.
Why Clementine peel?
1. Natural, Biodegradable Exfoliation
Unlike plastic microbeads (which are harmful to the environment) or harsh nut shells, ground clementine peels provide a gentle, medium-grit exfoliation.
• The Benefit: It buffs away dead skin cells and stimulates circulation without scratching the skin’s surface.
2. Visual Texture and "Rustic" Aesthetic
In a market full of neon-colored synthetic soaps, consumers are often drawn to "visual proof" of natural ingredients.
• The Benefit: The speckles of orange zest communicate "handmade," "botanical," and "organic" at a single glance. It tells the customer exactly what is in the soap before they even read the label.
3. Rich in Antioxidants
While some of the delicate nutrients in citrus are lost during the high-pH saponification process, peels are naturally packed with Vitamin C and flavonoids.
• The Benefit: Some of these antioxidants can still provide skin-brightening properties and help protect the skin from environmental stressors when used in a rinse-off product.

How to Use
Lather with warm water and massage into skin. Our unscented formula is enriched with natural sugars and proteins—allow the lather to remain on the skin for 30 seconds before rinsing for maximum hydration.

Care Instructions
Because this soap is made the old-fashioned way, it’s a little different than the "big brand" bars. This bar contains natural glycerin, which attracts moisture. To extend the life of your soap, always use a draining soap dish and allow the bar to dry completely between uses.
