We ship from Ontario Canada. 

We are new to online shipping so we're currently experimenting and using calculated rates. This rate includes a small business discount provided by Shopify.

We want to give you a deal on shipping but we don't want to lose money either. It's a delicate balance which is going to take some time to figure out. We may try a flat rate in the future. 

Shipping to the US.

I know from my Etsy shop that you'll have to pay a 35% tariff on your order. This is thanks to your current federal government. There is also a processing and clearing fee added to that to get it across the boarder. At this time I'm not sure if this is something I have to pay upfront for you or if it's something you'll have to deal with when you receive your package. I haven't had any US orders on this platform yet.
