How To Use
To get the most out of your handcrafted artisan soap, follow these simple steps:
1. Activate the Lather
Run the bar under warm water and rub between your hands or onto a loofah/washcloth. Our blend of Coconut and Olive Oil creates a rich, creamy foam designed to lift away impurities while the Shea Butter stays behind to condition.
2. Massage Gently
Apply the lather to your body in circular motions.
• The "Spice" Factor: Because of the Cinnamon and Clove, you may feel a very subtle, warming sensation. This is normal! It’s the essential oils working to stimulate blood flow and invigorate your skin.
• Sensitive Areas: We recommend avoiding extremely sensitive areas (like the eyes) with this specific spice blend.
3. Rinse & Glow
Rinse thoroughly with warm water. You’ll notice your skin feels clean and "plumped" without the tight, itchy feeling often left by commercial detergents.
⚠️ Product Cautions
Since this bar contains active spice oils:
• Patch Test: If you have highly sensitive skin, we recommend a quick patch test on your inner forearm before your first full-body wash.
• Stop Use: If any persistent redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use and enjoy the bar as a luxury hand soap instead!
Care Instructions
Since cold process soap is naturally high in glycerin (a humectant that pulls moisture from the air), it will get soft and "mushy" if left in water. Proper care can easily double the life of your handcrafted bar.
To keep your Spiced Orange bar firm and long-lasting:
• Use a Draining Soap Dish: Never leave your bar in a flat-bottomed dish or a puddle of water. Use a dish with slats, holes, or "teeth" that allow water to drain away and air to circulate around the entire bar.
• Location Matters: Store the soap away from the direct spray of the shower head when not in use.
• Give it a Breather: If you shower multiple times a day, consider alternating between two bars. This allows each bar to fully harden between uses.
