A loofah sponge is a natural, fibrous, and biodegradable sponge made from dried, fibrous interior of the Luffa aegyptiaca plat, a climbing vine in the cucumber gourd family.
To use a loofah, wet with warm water to soften the fibers, apply soap or body wash, and gently scrub your skin in circular motions to exfoliate.
