Honey & Oatmeal Soap | Fragrance Free Soothing Cold Process Exfoliator | Natural Artisan Bar

While the loofah provides the "scrub," the honey and oatmeal provide the "hug." Tough on dry skin, gentle on the soul. We’ve paired the deep scrub of a natural loofah with the timeless healing duo of raw honey and soothing oats."
Why Your Skin Will Love it
Honey (The Humectant): Honey is a natural humectant, meaning it draws moisture from the air into your skin. It’s also naturally antibacterial, helping to calm minor irritations while you scrub.
• Oatmeal (The Soother): Whether you use ground oats or colloidal oatmeal, it contains avenanthramides—antioxidants that specifically target skin redness and itching. It leaves a protective barrier on the skin.
• The Loofah (The Prep): By scrubbing away dead skin first, the loofah allows the honey and oatmeal to actually reach the fresh skin underneath, rather than just sitting on top of dry flakes.
Scent Profile
Warm & Toasty
A completely natural, fragrance-free aroma. You’ll catch the light, sweet scent of real honey underpinned by the wholesome, toasty smell of sun-ripened oats. It’s a subtle, "clean-kitchen" scent that doesn't linger but feels incredibly grounding in the shower.
Why a Loofah?
Integrating a loofah directly into cold process soap isn't just a design choice—it’s a functional upgrade. It turns a standard bar of soap into a 2-in-1 spa tool.
Superior Mechanical Exfoliation
Unlike sugar or salt scrubs that eventually dissolve in the water, a loofah stays firm.
• Deep Scrub: It’s particularly effective for "high-friction" areas like heels, elbows, and knees.
• Ingrown Hair Prevention: The firm texture helps lift hairs and clear away dead skin cells that clog pores.
2. Built-in Circulation Boost
The texture of the loofah stimulates blood flow to the surface of the skin as you lather. This "massaging" effect helps with lymphatic drainage and gives the skin a healthy, natural glow—all while you’re doing your routine morning wash.
3. Better Grip & "No-Slip" Factor
Cold process soap can get notoriously slippery in the shower. The fibrous skeleton of the loofah provides a natural grip, making it easier to hold onto the bar until the very last sliver is gone.
4. Zero-Waste "Scrubber"
Since the loofah is a dried fruit (from the Luffa aegyptiaca plant), it is 100% compostable. When the soap is all used up, you’re left with a small, natural sponge that can be used for one last scrub or tossed in the compost bin—unlike plastic exfoliating beads or nylon poufs.
5. Aesthetic Purity
For a "simply clean" soap with no colors or scents, the loofah provides the visual interest. It signals to the customer that the product is "raw," "earthy," and "functional" without needing any synthetic additives to look pretty.

How to Use
Lather with warm water and massage into skin. Our unscented formula is enriched with natural sugars and proteins—allow the lather to remain on the skin for 30 seconds before rinsing for maximum hydration.
⚠️ Product Cautions
• For External Use Only: While the bar may look and smell great, this bar is for skin application only. Do not ingest.
• Patch Test Recommended: If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend performing a small patch test on your inner forearm before full-body use.
• Surface Safety: Because this soap contains natural oils, it may make your tub or shower floor slightly slippery. Use caution when stepping in and out.
Care Instructions
Because loofahs hold water, these bars need to dry out completely between uses. I recommend suggesting a draining soap dish so the loofah doesn't stay soggy, which helps the bar last much longer.
Since this soap is made the old-fashioned way, it’s a little different than the "big brand" bars. This bar contains natural glycerin, which attracts moisture. To extend the life of your soap, always use a draining soap dish and allow the bar to dry completely between uses.
Storage: Not using it yet? Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
