Experience the deep hydration of Handmade Tallow and Olive Oil Soap. Our cold process bars combine ancestral ingredients for a rich, creamy lather that nourishes dry skin naturally. Free from harsh chemicals and synthetic fragrances.

Our Handmade Tallow and Olive Oil Soap is crafted using the traditional cold process method, cured for six weeks to ensure a dense, long-lasting bar. By marrying the ancestral benefits of beef tallow with the antioxidant-rich properties of pure olive oil, we’ve created a soap that doesn’t just clean—it restores.

Unlike commercial "beauty bars" filled with synthetic detergents, our soap produces a rich, lotion-like lather that leaves your skin feeling soft, supple, and never "tight."

Why Your Skin Will Love it

We didn't reinvent the wheel; we just went back to what works. By combining 100% grass-fed tallow with organic cold-pressed olive oil, we’ve created a bar that cleanses without compromise.

The Ultimate Moisture Balance: Tallow mimics your skin’s natural oils (sebum), while olive oil is a powerhouse of Squalene—a natural antioxidant that locks in moisture. Together, they protect your skin's barrier instead of stripping it.

Rich in "Skin Vitamins": This bar is naturally loaded with Vitamins A, D, E, and K. These aren't synthetic additives; they are bioavailable nutrients that help soothe weather-worn skin and promote natural repair.

Silky, Non-Stripping Lather: The addition of organic olive oil transforms the lather from "creamy" to "silky." It provides a smooth glide that makes it perfect for shaving or for those with extra-sensitive, dry skin.

Deeply Calming: Pure tallow contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), a natural anti-inflammatory. If you struggle with redness, "winter itch," or irritation from "drugstore" detergents, this bar is the reset button your skin needs.

True Hypoallergenic Purity: No essential oils, no "masking" fragrances, and no synthetic hardeners. Just three raw ingredients working in harmony. It smells like nothing—which is exactly what clean skin should smell like.

Scent Profile

This is a 100% unscented bar. It does not contain "masking fragrances." It has a clean, faint, and neutral scent of traditional soap. It will not make you smell like a steakhouse, but it won't make you smell like a lavender field, either. It just smells like clean skin.

Why Tallow?

The Ancestral Secret to Healthy Skin.

For centuries, tallow was the cornerstone of skincare, and for good reason. It is uniquely compatible with human biology, making it a "skin superfood" that modern synthetic alternatives can't replicate.

Bio-Available Nutrition: Tallow is packed with Vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are essential for skin regeneration and health.

Molecular Match: The fatty acid profile of tallow is strikingly similar to our own skin’s sebum. This allows the nutrients to penetrate deep into the lipid barrier rather than just sitting on the surface.

Superior Hardness: While 100% olive oil soap (Castile) can get "slimy" when wet, tallow creates a firm, durable bar with a decadent, creamy lather.

Sustainable & Circular: We use a traditional by-product that would otherwise go to waste, honoring a "nose-to-tail" philosophy that respects the environment.

Role in the soap

Tallow

Backbone of soap for centuries.

Tallow is "bio-compatible," meaning

its lipid profile is like our own skin.

Real tallow contains fat-soluble

vitamins like A, D, E, and K, which

can survive the soap making process

(saponification) in trace amounts if superfatted.

Makes a rock-hard, long-lasting bar

Organic Olive Oil

Rich in antioxidants and Vitamin E.

It provides a gentle, smooth "slip" and

ensures the bar is mild enough for faces.

The "moisture king." It provides a gentle,

conditioning lather that doesn't strip the

skin's natural oils.

Castor Oil

Humectant: Draws moisture from the

air into the skin; incredibly soothing for

 sensitive areas.

The Booster: Acts as a surfactant to

sustain and multiply the lather.

How To Use

This bar replaces the clutter. It’s formulated to be the only cleanser you need from head to toe.

For the Body: Get the bar wet and work it into a rich, dense lather. The tallow provides a deep clean, while the organic olive oil leaves a conditioning layer on the skin. Rinse and go—no "lotion" required.

For the Face: Safe for daily use on sensitive or weather-worn skin. The olive oil adds a "slip" that gently lifts dirt without tugging at your skin. Massage the lather in and rinse with cool water.

For Shaving (Face or Body): Because of the tallow's stearic acid and the olive oil's silkiness, this bar creates a superior "slick" for a blade. It stays creamy on the skin, protecting you from razor burn and irritation.

For Dry, Working Hands: If you’ve been handling wood, grease, or dirt, this bar is your best friend. It breaks down grime while the fatty acids in the olive oil soak in to help repair cracks and dry patches.

⚠️ Product Cautions

Since this bar is a blend of 100% Grass-Fed Tallow and Organic Olive Oil, it is exceptionally mild, but it’s still a "real" soap made through traditional saponification.

This is a traditional cold process bar made with raw, potent ingredients. Use it with common sense.

Avoid Eye Contact: This is true soap, not a "tear-free" synthetic detergent. It will sting if it gets in your eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with cool water.

External Use Only: While our tallow is grass-fed and our olive oil is organic, this bar is formulated for your skin’s health, not for consumption.

Surface Safety: The high fat content from the tallow and organic olive oil creates a rich, moisturizing lather. This can make bathtub or shower surfaces more slippery than standard chemical soaps. Use caution when stepping.

Check for Sensitivities: Even with just two main ingredients, everyone’s skin is different. We recommend a quick "patch test" on your inner arm if you have history of extreme skin sensitivity.

Natural Variation: Because we use unrefined, grass-fed fats and organic oils, the color of your bar may shift from creamy white to a pale gold depending on the season. This is a hallmark of a real, raw product.

Care Instructions

Because this is a cold process bar made from real fats (100% grass-fed tallow and organic olive oil) without synthetic hardeners or petroleum-based waxes, it needs to be treated like the premium tool it is.

If you treat it like a cheap "detergent bar," it will turn to mush. If you follow these "back-to-basics" rules, it will last twice as long as anything from a grocery store.

1. The Golden Rule: High and Dry

The biggest enemy of a natural tallow bar is standing water. After every use, place the bar on a slotted or well-draining soap dish. If it sits in a puddle, the organic olive oil will draw in moisture, causing the bar to soften and dissolve prematurely.

2. Airflow is Key

Don’t store your "active" bar in a closed travel tin or a solid ceramic dish while it’s wet. It needs to breathe. Let the air circulate around all sides of the bar so it can re-harden between showers.

3. Use a Washcloth or Loofah

To get the most mileage out of your bar, lather it onto a washcloth or loofah rather than rubbing the bar directly under the constant stream of the shower head. A little goes a long way with this nutrient-dense formula.

4. Storage for Extras

If you bought a multi-pack, keep the "backup" bars in a cool, dry, and dark place (like a linen closet or a drawer).

Note: Because this bar is organic, it will actually "cure" further over time, becoming even harder and longer-lasting as the weeks go by.
